In our sessions I use talk therapy and teach mindfulness skills help you fully experience the range of feelings you have while also taking a step back into the witness perspective to observe the physical sensations in your body.
I was a yoga instructor for three years before going to school to become a licensed therapist. My own mental health journey led me to therapy and it changed my life. I became a licensed therapist to help others find peace and healing.
I have worked with individuals with addiction, PTSD, anxiety, depression, bipolar, family conflict, codependency and more.
I practice yoga, meditate, hike, listen to music, journal, spend time with my husband, cat, and friends during my free time. I love to travel, surf, and experience new cultures as well.
