What is Anxiety?

It is estimated that 1/3 of all American adults experience anxiety issues. You are NOT ALONE. We all experience anxious thoughts from time to time. Anxiety can manifest as anything from general nervousness or uneasiness to a never-ending cycle of obsessive thoughts and emotions that impact your daily functioning.

Our Approach

We work with you to create a variety of skills you can use to regulate your thought processes and control your body's response to the anxiety. We use mindfulness, meditation, and evidence-based cognitive therapy techniques to equip you with the tools to manage your anxiety triggers and reduce your symptoms.
